Term 1: By subscribing to the services of Vox Max (“the Service”)
By subscribing to the services of Vox Max (“the Service”), you (“the Subscriber” or “you”) agree to enter into a binding agreement with Vox Max (“we”, “our”). In addition, Access to and use of the Service are conditional upon your acceptance of and compliance with these Terms.
Term 2: Access
Access to the Service is granted to you upon acceptance of your subscription and payment. Your use of the Service is permitted solely for personal, non-commercial purposes.
Term 3: Availability

Support service is available to Subscribers through email. Support includes assistance with billing and technical issues related to the use of the Service.

Payments & billing

  • Subscription Renewal: Subscriptions are set to renew automatically, with charges being deducted from the payment method provided by the Subscriber. By subscribing, you authorize Vox Max to automatically debit your payment method for the renewal period unless you cancel your subscription before the renewal date.
  • Service Access: After payment confirmation, you will receive access credentials to the Service via email.

Data protection & privacy

  • Data collected: Vox Max may collect data related to payment details, account information, and device data for Service improvements and identification purposes. We do not share this data with third parties except as required by law.
  • Use of Data: The data collected is used to provide services (e.g., account verification) and improve user experience.

Acceptable use

  • As a Subscriber, you agree not to misuse the Service. This includes: copying or redistributing content available through the Service; using the Service for commercial or illegal purposes; sharing your login credentials with others; attempting to breach or bypass the security protocols of the Service.
  • Violation of this clause: Vox Max may suspend or terminate your account without prior notice if you violate these acceptable use requirements.

Service limitations

  • Vox Max is not responsible for connection issues caused by factors outside our control, such as your internet service provider or device limitations.
  • Although we aim to provide a stable and consistent service, technical issues may occur. In such cases, we will work to resolve them as quickly as possible and may offer partial compensation at our discretion.

Risk disclosure

Investing in initial coin offerings carries no guaranteed returns, and you may not have any recourse if the project fails or is fraudulent.
