TiviLeaf provides a digital streaming service that includes live television, movies, series, sports, and related entertainment content. We may modify, update, or improve the service to ensure the best possible experience.
2. Subscriptions & plans
Subscription durations include 1 month, 3 months, 1 year, and 2 years. Custom durations may be arranged by contacting support. Subscriptions activate after successful payment, and plan features or connection limits vary by plan.
3. Free trial
A 4-hour free trial is available starting from the first successful login. Additional trial sessions may be granted upon request, subject to capacity and discretion.
4. Account usage & connections
Each subscription includes a specific number of simultaneous connections. Using more connections than allowed may result in reduced performance, such as buffering or instability. Public sharing, restreaming, or commercial use is not permitted.
5. VPN usage
VPN usage is allowed and may be recommended. Performance can vary based on the VPN provider and location.
6. Payments
We accept Interac e-Transfer (for Canadian customers), cryptocurrency, and other convenient payment methods arranged on request. Payment processing is handled securely, and we do not store sensitive payment details.

Refund policy

Refunds are generally not required due to the digital nature of the service. Accounts purchased at a discounted price are strictly non-refundable. Other requests may be reviewed on a case-by-case basis, and we encourage you to contact support so we can resolve any issue promptly.
